Core Competencies
The Ground Level Design core team is built around our creation process and places emphasis on maintaining analytic, creative, management and selected key production skills in-house. At the start of the project during the �discovery phase, we evaluate needs, create a project plan and determine the specific skill sets that will be required. Through strategic relationships, consultants and subcontractors are brought in to provide specialized skills or to augment Ground Level's team when volume is high. In all cases Ground Level Design acts as the coordinating body.
